События игры развиваются в конце XV — начале XVI века. Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood является прямым сиквелом игры Assassin's Creed II. Сюжет развивается непосредственно после окончания событий оригинальной игры. Главным героем игры является итальянский дворянин-ассасин Эцио, который продолжает свою борьбу с орденом тамплиеров в Риме. В этот раз знаменитый убийца будет разбираться с обнаглевшими тамплиерами вместе с многочисленными коллегами. Они сильно облегчат работу Эцио и помогут устранить стражников. Выглядит трейлер просто фантастически.

В Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood Эцио вновь отправится на войну с давними врагами. Ему пригодятся навыки владения разными видами оружия и поддержка верных товарищей. Игрок будет постепенно переманивать жителей Рима на свою сторону, а также восстанавливать памятники архитектуры. На своем пути он повстречает старых знакомых вроде Леонардо да Винчи.

Пожалуй, самым главным отличием Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood от всех остальных игр серий — является поддержка этим проектом мультиплеерной составляющей. Большая часть заданий мультиплеера, как не трудно догадаться, связана с убийствами. Это состязания команд, иногда — битвы одиночек с устранением конкурентов (например, в одном из заданий восьми разным киллерам-одиночкам будет предложено устранить одну цель). Прокачка и различные классы персонажей также прилагаются. Релиз игры запланирован на 16 ноября 2010 года.

The events of the game develop in the end of XV — the beginning of XVI century. Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood is a direct sequel of the game Assassin's Creed II. The plot develops directly after the end of events of original game. The protagonist of the game is the Italian nobleman-assassin Ezio who continues the struggle against the Order of Knights Templars in Rome. This time the well-known murderer will deal with ventured too far Knights of the Temple together with numerous colleagues. They will strongly facilitate work of Ezio and will help to eliminate guardians. The trailer looks fantastic.

In Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood Ezio again will go on war against old enemies. He will need skills of possession of different types of weapon and support of faithful companions. The player gradually will draw inhabitants of Rome over to his side, and also restore architecture monuments. On his way he will meet old acquaintances like Leonardo da Vinci.

Perhaps, the most important difference of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood from all other games of series is the support by this project a multiplayer component. The most part of tasks of a multiplayer as it is not difficult to guess, is connected with murders. These are competitions of commands, sometimes fights of singles players with elimination of competitors (for example, in one of tasks eight different single killers will be offered to eliminate one purpose). Powerleveling and various classes of personages are also applied. The game release is planned for 16 November, 2010.
